As a greenhorn fresh from NTU, it didn’t take me long to find a job. Of course, knowing that it wasn’t a place I would want to stay long, I moved on and ended up with odd jobs and part times thanks to the recent downturn. Being dragged along by a “crippled” friend on a job hunt, I ended up in a seminar room in SMU and there for the first time was introduced to Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). One I would consider a surprisingly good twist of fate as I was sick that day and was contemplating on “flying kite” that day. Even though the seminar did not really hit off well for me, I continued my usual “go along with the flow” routine and said yes to turning up for the “boot-camp”. There, I was formally introduced to Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), what it was about, and what it was. What excites me the most is the essence of the organisation. Family orientated, at the same time creating a family of loving, caring and helping one another within the organisation. It was a place I believe every politics filled office worker would dream of having.

Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) has a very Asian family feel as motherly/fatherly figured managers take care of us and yet, close to us like good friends. Whenever one feels down or lonely, for sure there will be someone there for you, to motivate you, whether accidently or intentionally as the people around you are positive and motivated.
